Employment	2007-present : Research Director at SINTEF Managing 25 researchers within Optical Measuirement Systems and Data Analysis 2002-2006 : Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Lumex AS Managing product development in a small software based company within image analysis/character recognition. 1992-2002 : Research scientist at SINTEF Senior scientist with scientific responsibility for the computer vision group at SINTEF. Project management and supervision of projects with a total budget of 12 MNOK. 1991-1991 : Scientific trainee at the Multimedia lab of the Norwegian Telecommunication Authorities 1990-1990 : Scientific trainee at Brno Technical University and Vitkovice Steel & Iron Plant in Czechoslovakia 1988-1989 : Engineer at the Computer services division of the Norwegian Telecommunication Authorities.
